I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY TELL YOU TO GO BACK TO THE STORE! THEY COULD EVEN SEE FOR THEMSELVES ON THE GIFT CARD THAT IT WAS NEVER ACTIVATED, BUT THE RECEIPT NUMBERS MATCH THE CARD. Updating my Dunkin' review: the new manager and customer service team are fantastic! They've made significant improvements over the last few years. The positive change is noticeable and greatly appreciated.

I'm not a fan of this Dunkin and prefer the other one we have in the area. This has only been my "Go To" whenever the other one is closed. That being said, there are a few reasons here. For starters, their bacon is often over cooked. Something that is not easy to get through. The good news is, their donuts are "OK" but nowhere near as fresh as the other Dunkin. It's still acceptable though.The drive thru there is not easy to get through. You have to be very aware and when it's busy, it will definitely take time to get the order. I'd say you are better off going inside for your order, but there is limited parking in that lot. The iced coffee is questionable. Even when I order it without sugar (I have to stay away from Sugar, it triggers off some dizzy spells for me), by the time I start to drink it at home, I can taste that it's loaded up with sugar. What I do like about this is that it has a Baskin Robbins inside of it and the ice cream and such is pretty decent from it. I've never had a bad experience with that.

The hours are inaccurate.Or at least the staff makes it so. Stopped in the drive through 10 minutes before closing and was completely ignored. When nobody came to the microphone I drove past the window and saw them all inside cleaning. I understand the stuff warning to go home. I hope they understand that they should change the posted hours if they're gonna close before 10.

Alex was excellent! Unfortunately they didn't have any bananas for the banana splits, but Alex managed to prepare two-scoop delicious sundaes.
Asked for a half a dozen box of donuts. Gave us all the wrong donuts that we ordered and then got mad and berated us for asking for the right ones. Lots of teenagers working that are either too stressed or just don't care. Recommend avoiding this location.
