Updating my Dunkin' review: the new manager and customer service team are fantastic! They've made significant improvements over the last few years. The positive change is noticeable and greatly appreciated.
I'm not a fan of this Dunkin and prefer the other one we have in the area. This has only been my "Go To" whenever the other one is closed. That being said, there are a few reasons here. For starters, their bacon is often over cooked. Something that is not easy to get through. The good news is, their donuts are "OK" but nowhere near as fresh as the other Dunkin.
