I waited over 20 minutes for pre-made slices!! When I approached the cashier/waitress about this she said the restaurant is busy and she will put them in now. Food isn’t good enough for this bad treatment and bad service! Never again.

Keep in mind that this business is 6 minutes from my home. Never had any issues with my previous orders. I decided to go with something different and I wish I hadn't. Online it stated the order would be ready in a hour and 10 minutes. I called after about 1 hour to see if I really had to wait. I was told to wait 15 minutes. We waited, drove to the location, picked up the pizza, drove the 6 minutes home. We get home, open the box, and noticed the pizza box seems hot but the pizza itself is warm. The sauce on the pie was dry and cakey (seperated look). The basil was crunchy. The crust appeared burnt. The bread was the texture of elios pizza. This was a surprise since every time I come here my pizza is fresh out the oven.
