Keep in mind that this business is 6 minutes from my home. Never had any issues with my previous orders. I decided to go with something different and I wish I hadn't. Online it stated the order would be ready in a hour and 10 minutes. I called after about 1 hour to see if I really had to wait. I was told to wait 15 minutes. The food is magnificent, the scenery is very calming and inviting. The staff was very welcoming and the food was just as inviting. Every slice, was begging to be tried and to top it off, their cannoli was both visibly exciting and tastefully as well. We will be coming back for more!

They need to work on a system for taking orders on a Friday night. I put a phone order for a pie and said wait is 1 hour. That is fine but they never give you an order number or anything like that. We get there an hour later and other people are waiting for their pie(s). How do they know who ordered what and when? We waited for another 15 min. No pie or someone else may just took it as theirs?!? Frustrating. Give people an order number and match it to their food. Its not hard...
