I’m sharing it because I was genuinely impressed by the food at Mishta, and the humility of Chef Buch only added to the experience. What a beautiful, delicious culinary experience! We were so excited to be among the first customers to enjoy Mishta’s grand opening. The style combinations of different regions of India made for a wonderful flavor adventure. The freshness of the spices were flavorful and explosive.

This was my third time at Mishta, and I think that says a lot about how much I enjoy this restaurant. This time, I brought a very special friend because I wanted them to experience what I’ve come to love about Mishta.
Once again, the food was absolutely delicious! The naan was the best naan I’ve ever tasted. Every dish was flavorful and beautifully prepared, but what made our visit even more special was how warmly we were treated.

Mishta Restaurant is a farm to table Indian restaurant that balances rustic garden‑grown flavors with a sophisticated high‑end atmosphere. The meal feels grounded and fancy, and the food is delicious with freshness and care in each dish. The menu is simple and easy to decide, with appetizers, main course and desserts, and it is BYOB. The concept is good and the staff is super nice, offering personal touches that make the experience feel warm and personal. Vegan dietary preferences are detailed with various options, and the team loves the overall experience. The chairs could do with an extra cushion to compensate for the higher table, but the food is worth the wait. Dishes reflect different states of India, such as authentic tasting Chicken Dum Biryani, lotus goshtabs with the crunch of lotus and the sweetness of figs, and Las mass. The chef is humble, his passion for cooking reflects in the dishes, and the restaurant is a must‑try for who want a real farm to table experience.
