We came here for lunch. We ordered red curry and pad kra pao with tofu and veggies. The tofu looked and tasted very weird. There amount of veggies were also super less. The food was not filling at all. We also got vegetarian Tom Kha Gai. It was a nice dish.Vegetarian options: All dishes mostly can be customized with tofu and veggies.Parking: Free parking lot

Ordered delivery of Pad Khing with vegetable & paid extra for chicken. Received a small portion of mostly tofu. Called the restaurant and was told “every customer knows vegetable means it comes with tofu, there’s nothing we can do for you.” Hopefully your order doesn’t get messed up or you’ll be completely out of luck! Nearly $40 for Pad Khing and a salad….

We keep ordering (carry out) from Ricky's Thai - in fact ordered 3 times this month itself. Yesterday, after bringing the food, we found the quantity of Chicken Pad Thai is lot less than it's usually (probably half of the container was full only). I called the restaurant immediately and the lady was very rude in telling me that unless I bring the container back to her as is, she cannot do anything. She mentioned that they have a new Chef. We actually already started eating and told her I can come over and get some more of Pad Thai if they provide. Clearly she did not trust me and said unless she sees the food as it was packed and delivered she cannot help.This is ridiculous. The way the lady spoke was very rude and she clearly did not agree to what I said. I like the food from this place but this behavior is unacceptable.

Drunken noodles had a burnt taste. Friend asked for warm water, they said they can only do hot. When asked if they can mix the hot earth regular water, they said no. WOW! Talk about service! What a simple request.

My friends and I decided to visit Ricky’s Thai for dinner last night. We were there at 7:30pm and the sign outside said they were open until 9:30pm. From the start, the servers (Sue and Lee) were quite rude while asking us to placeour main course order post appetizers, when we asked them to take a picture for us, and then while we were sitting post dinner switched off all the lights at 9:12pm! We were sitting in pitch dark, and when asked they said they were closing at 9pm. Extremely rude behavior and an overall brusque attitude. Food was good, but our dining experience was ruined by the staff. Very disappointed and most likely won’t go back —this place has been a regular go to for my friends and me over the past 6-7 years, but this experience is just too much.

We had heard great things about Ricky's Thai in Hillsborough and were eager to try the food there. When we arrived at 11:30 AM, we were pleasantly surprised to find that we were the first customers of the day. Even though the physical size of the restaurant is on the smaller side, it doesn't feel cramped since the tables have been carefully arranged to give each party their own dining space. The food, however, left much to be desired.The flavor was medicore; lunch special portions were small, and our meal was overall not a great deal for the price. My son and I had ordered two dishes of Vegan Kao Pad, and were explicit in letting our server know that we both have severe food allergies. We asked if it would be possible for our food to be cooked separately and were assured that this would not be an issue. I was shocked to find chicken in my dish and beef in my son's but when this was brought to the attention of our waitress, she simply shrugged and said: "Oh. Sorry." before walking away. We weren't expecting a free meal, but at least offer to remake the dish so we can actually eat it!

Nicely decorated at Ricky's. But we had take-out. The Tamarind Duck that we love at other places was oddly over processed into little nuggets and fried like chicken nuggets from a fast food restaurant. The nuggets tasted overly processed and the Tamarind sauce did not taste of citrus or tamarind. It is served over the white fried noodles that are fairly tasteless so nothing was exceptionally good - neither my wife nor I enjoyed it. They have coupons on the website but wouldn't honor them because I called-in my order instead of entering it online. I told them I was driving, but that didn't seem to matter to them. The duck dish was fairly pricey for what it was. We won't go back.
