This starbucks is typically great, but lately i’ve noticed they are prioritizing drive through WAY more than customers inside. I watched over 20 cars come and go while my sister was inside waiting for ONE drink. She was in there for over 25 minutes waiting. I completely understand being busy, but the drive through moving super quick while crowds of people are waiting so long inside is unacceptable.

We opened a school in the area in November Apple Montessori. Schools and Camps. I have frequented this location often and every time I visit the staff is soooo incredibly friendly, positive and always go out of their way. For some coffee/ caffeine is a luxury and for others a necessity. I fall in the necessity in order to function and when you are having a rough day and someone in the service industry says Good Morning and with a smile like they mean it that speaks volumes. This isn’t the norm everywhere anymore and it is worth it to go out of your way to experience it. The customers feel it and it sends a wave of positivity- I dropped my drink in front of the store last week and expected to pay for a new one- NO the barista made me a new one and another customer also offered to buy me a new one. Thank you all for your kindness- I will be back❤️ highly recommend

Terrible service. I do not recommend going to this Starbucks. I’ve been multiple times and each time my order is always messed up or they are “working on” my order because the orders are “backed up”. When you politely tell the staff you’re missing an order you will get an eye roll and an attitude. Please save the trouble and do not go to this Starbucks.

coming from a girl who’s lived in multiple different states, this is the best starbucks. the baristas are always so kind, they give you your drinks in a timely manner, and they’re always good! no matter how busy it is they always make sure you feel welcomed.
