The top idea even for drive through is ridiculous. And they want you to answer the tip question so bad that they will even remind you before Turing the pos to you.
Hit or miss. You never know what you’re gonna get. Same drink made differently every other time. Burnt sandwiches on occasion.
The wait times here are always very long, which I can understand when it’s busy. However, one of the baristas consistently has an uncomfortable attitude every time. Today, after waiting 10 minutes for my latte with no line inside or busy drive-thru, I politely asked about my drink because the three employees were standing around talking, so I genuinely didn’t realize there were many orders ahead of mine.
