The barista was extremely rude throughout my visit. First, he got visibly frustrated and waved me off just for answering his question about putting my name on the cup. Later, when I asked for a receipt 45 minutes after my order, he acted noticeably aggravated again- questioning why I needed it and demanding the exact transaction amount. Even after I provided the exact time of purchase multiple times, he continued to act annoyed before finally locating it. Terrible customer service.
The top idea even for drive through is ridiculous. And they want you to answer the tip question so bad that they will even remind you before Turing the pos to you.
Hit or miss. You never know what you’re gonna get. Same drink made differently every other time. Burnt sandwiches on occasion.
