Dunkin' is recognized for its cleanliness, with some reviewers noting the exceptional owner or manager. The food is standard breakfast fare, meeting expectations. Employees at this location are generally friendly and accommodating, often offering substitute items if something is missing. However, the restaurant's appearance has drawn criticism, with comments about the dilapidated doors and decor making it feel dreary. Online orders are efficiently prepared and ready for pickup, although the size and space of this specific location could be much better. Some customers have mentioned that the staff seem engaged and are doing their best despite the challenges of a busy morning with only a few personnel. While the store may be a bit dirty at times, especially on Sunday mornings, the staff's attitude can help make up for it. Nonetheless, some customers have noted the need for a thorough cleaning as insects have been spotted.
