Chopt in Princeton is great!!! The Uber driver didn’t deliver my order so I called the restaurant and the manger (Natalia) reimbursed my order and had my order remade and delivered it herself. She also gave me a coupon. She went above and beyond. She is awesome!!
Stopped into Chopt and had a great experience! Everything was fresh, the restaurant was clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The red-headed lady who I believe was the manager was especially helpful and went out of her way to make sure we had a good experience. You can tell she really cares about the customers and the restaurant. Great service all around — we’ll definitely be back!
Absolutely love it here. Management does an excellent job of making sure everything is fresh, the building is clean and service is amazing. Never had a bad experience!
