Walked in to grab a coffee at an empty Starbucks, but had to wait a couple of minutes as the team was busy with online and drive-through orders. Ordered an iced chai latte and was offered to try it in a glass instead of the regular cup—great suggestion! For some reason it tasted even better. Thanks for the thoughtful touch.
I made the error to ask the young lady if I could throw out my Starbucks cup. She asked someone through her earpiece, the next thing I know is that there's two young ladies staring at me asking me why am I asking to throw my trash away? It was their cup. It was so obvious they were speaking of me. I really wish they would hire older individuals at least over 25 so that we can have customer service with maturity.
For the first time in a long time, there was someone working there with a ton of positive energy and positive attitude. There was a really nice older gentleman Working there this morning that was friendly and positive as one could ask for at 7 o’clock in the morning. I haven’t seen that from this location in a long time.
