Customer service. Ugh. Talk to your customers instead of acting as if their presence is such an inconvenience. No one is expecting anyone to make friends with their customers, but at least acknowledge when a customer speaks to you, instead of grunting and closing the window. A small greeting of a simple hello when the customer says "Hi" goes a long way. Saying "Thank you" back to the customer who said it to you after receiving their food isn't much effort....

I live locally and visit this taco bell occasionally. Typically, I am happy with the service they provide. Every now and then, a mistake might be made. However, what I would really like to emphasize is how easily the team working here works with the customer to ensure that the mistake is handled appropriately and in a timely manner. It's Taco Bell. I like Taco Bell. It's not really good for you but it's yummy. This store is pretty good. Staff does a good job and are very nice. Ordering from the kiosk sucks but the app is ok. The drive through has been accurate for me.
