Los Fuertes de Loreto Mexican food is authentic and I enjoy their food very much. The people are friendly there and the takeout is prepared quickly. I have been going there for a long time, maybe not so often. I prefer Los Fuertes to most any other Mexican restaurants.
Ordered lunch for work and not one thing was delivered correctly. Quesadilla came as fried tortillas with chicken, lettuce and no cheese. One meal was supposed to be without rice due to allergy and came with the rice. Guacamole came as a sliced avocado. Will not order from them again.

Most authentic Mexican food outside of Mexico Here's a quick video of Viviana handling a huge order. I love this place. Nachos the way I like them. Chalupas are perfect. Doesn't get any better than this. Yum.
The first couple times I went here I was given nothing but an angry demeanor and an attitude when I picked up my food. I'm an easy going person that doesn't want beef with anyone so I brushed it off, figured they were having a bad day. Now, this third time the woman working there was blatantly rude to me when I asked a simple question. I guess that's just how they treat their customers there. Plus the food is way too expensive for the stuff they make. You are in the food service industry, the least you could do is not be rude to your paying customers!

I have been in town for a few years now and have frequently order and even sat down to eat. Place is your topical Mexican joint very close to authentic BUT nothing crazy. But every time i have order has gradually become worst and worst. Today for me was It. The lack of care is just not worth it for me. Today was the last time i ever order from here. There is another place just down the block that is better. Try the other Mexican place in town.
