We had dinner at Matsu on Friday......its a little gem in Hillsdale.
We were pleasantly surprised, by the quality and quantity of the food. The Staff went out of their way to accommodate us. They very friendly and warm. It was a most enjoyable dinner. We have ordered food to takeout but hadn't been inside the restaurant since the pandemic.... We will definitely go again soon. It was a great experience and we both recommend you give it a try!

I love coming here. The staff is so friendly and I always get this delicious salmon over salad. It has this delicious teriyaki ginger dressing and I get a California roll. Absolutely delicious! Jasmine and the staff are really sweet. Sometimes we just hang out and chat after my meal! wonderful to know there is some good food and reasonable prices right around the corner!

In June, we hosted my baby Sprinkle event at Matsu. It was the best venue, delivering on absolutely premier experience and excellent food. We worked closely with Jasmine, who accommodated us and made sure I felt like a Queen throughout the whole event. I definitely recommend considering Matsu if you’re hosting any kind of event. The restaurant is reasonable, welcoming and exceptionally talented!
