The lobster roll from Angelo Seafood Market is absolutely fantastic! The lobster meat is fresh, tender, and generously portioned—sweet and perfectly cooked with that signature ocean-fresh flavor. It’s lightly dressed, allowing the natural richness of the lobster to shine through without being overpowered by mayo or seasoning. The roll itself is buttery, toasted just right, and adds the perfect crunch to every bite.

Everything here is fresh and wild caught. Local and all of the people who worked there were courteous and professional. I can not recommend highly enough. If you are yearning for the care and personal touch of mom and pop stores of the old days this is the place for you. I wish Hoboken had more of them.
