Not a huge selection of bagels but definitely the standards. A nice selection of cream cheeses. If you want it toasted you have to request and not assume it will be done. The lox cream cheese and egg bagel were our favorite.

I placed an order this morning through Grubhub but ended up receiving the wrong order. From what I can tell Bagels on the Hudson doesn't do their own deliveries, a GrubHub driver does. When the owner knew of the mixed-up order, he called me and let me know that he would be remaking my order and delivering it to me. This was very kind and was something that I really appreciated. I will continue to order from this establishment, thank you for taking care of your customers.
Also, I like the customer service you provide. Don't respond to negative reviews, you're better than that.

The service is fast however I have been disappointed time after time with the quality of the food and service they have provided me the last several times I’ve gone. They always forget something I add to bagels/order, bagels taste stale at times, and it’s overall just inconsistent. I can’t continue life like this and I must move on from Bagels on the Hudson. Appreciate that they still stay open overnight in case of dire emergency.
P.s. Happy Retirement to the owner of bagels on the Hudson! You seem to have a lot of time on your hands to answer google reviews but never fix anything at your shop. 🫡

Bagels on the Hudson is THE WORST BAGEL SHOP you CAN ORDER DELIVERY FROM. They contract with Grubhub (THE WORST APP OF ALL) that charge abhorrent fees and hire anyone. If BAGELS ON THE HUDSON cares about customers, they’d just hire a good vetted employee.
Not worth the exorbitant price nor the hassle of having to wait 1+ hours. You will reorder and fight with Grubhub to get your money back. The bagels are average at best, there are 5 bagel shops nearby that take pride in their craft and care more about quality.
This is my 3rd consecutive time where my order had issues (either extremely long time or stolen). The instructions were to come inside and to our unit. The second I saw the receipt, I went outside and they weren’t there. Driver stole it and camera confirmed. Bagels in the Hudson is trash

I decided to try this bagel store for the first time, driving from the next county, huge disappointment, i walk in and greet the 05/07 OVERNIGHT lady who looked at me right away with anger and said “WHAT? I AM BUSY DON’T YOU SEE?”. For management/ownership, you make a huge mistake when having staff like this.
bagel was not toasted ☹️ but the lady behind the counter was nice!
loaded bagel being 15 is a bit of an economic crisis but the tariffs are clearly the culprit and the establishment as a whole has been a stable consistent backup in times of need

By far the best bagel I’ve ever had. The service was excellent, Doug was fantastic, the vibes were great, excellent music playing, cleanliness and the staff were EXCELLENT. The bagel and lox were so fresh. They make you feel like family when you’re there. Next time I’m in Hoboken, I’ll be sure to stop at this place.

I don’t know what happened to this place but is bad now. The last three times they have disrespected me and my sandwiches. This last time was so wrong. What did I do to deserve stale bread on my sandwich again. First time is an accident and second time is just disrespect. Thats sandwich was basically a brick. As much as this hurts me we have to part ways. And I will be taking my talents to south beach.

Came here after the bar on a Saturday night at 12 AM and the place had a really long line and seemed to be packed. I waited for about 20 minutes, but was just extremely excited to receive my bagel which tasted really fresh. Despite the bad reviews, the lady working at the front didn't seem all that bad, especially considering all the drunk people that probably give her a hard time. For a 24 hour bagel spot - I'd say it's not bad.
