Terrible attitude from lady working overnight. Do not care she has been there for years or is super honest. Can’t show attitude with the people that keep your place running and food in your stomach. I asked her kindly in a gentle voice if there are brownies, she yelled at me like I was shoplifting or something and said “BROWNIES OVER THERE YOU DONT SEE IT”. Guys in the morning are pretty chill but lady overnight has to fix her attitude. Not only this time, I am a university student here so I order food from there a lot, once I asked her if there is any discounts for students and she completely ignored me right infront of my face. Yes it is frustrating to work overnights but we are all humans that have to respect each other and I don’t show any negative behavior to anyone. She is always in extreme moody behavior and I don’t like doing negative reviews but I figured her behavior has been like this for months and so I shall put out a review. I even tip every order but whatever. The owner will probably reply with something more nasty instead of acknowledging the problem.

Old lady around 4:30am we went to pick up an order she pointed us at the wrong order and when I came back to politely take my order she started misbehaving she doesn’t even have basic decency. I understand it can be frustrating to work at night but having basic customer service could have been appreciated since we were fasting for our holy month I decided to not argue and leave. But made us very upset of the treatment. Some kindness goes a long way anyways food was decent hopefully will try more but only in the morning lol

Looking at the all the replies seems like the owner cannot take any constructive criticism at all. He is too immature to take any accountability at all. His witty remarks are unprofessional and disgraceful. Please avoid this place at all cost. Learn how to respond to customers with respect, they are the reason your business is still running.

I came to this store for the first time and had a horrible experience. The lady behind the counter wearing no hair net made a statement about the customer that was in front of me Stating Quote, you have to have patience to deal with these people. Not to mention that I was charged $7.46 for only an egg sandwich with Taylor Ham. I will never step inside this business again !!!
Everything was ready on time & what was expected. No complaints. Bagels & sandwiches were great.
Pickup was in the front today, but in the middle on the weekend - everyone told me where to be.

I’m not sure what the bad reviews were about. Maybe you’re all spoiled with great bagels down here. We’re from Rochester and in town for the weekend. Tried this place on a whim and everything was incredible. The breakfast sandwiches were huge. The bagel quality was unlike anything we could ever get back home. Will probably stop here on the way out of town. Can’t recommend enough
