This is easily the best pho place in Hoboken. It might even be better than some spots I’ve grown up eating at on the west coast. It’s a no frills spot, so don’t expect some spectacular ambiance, although I find it to be just right.
Delicious food and very friendly staff! Great vegan-friendly menu with lots of options and large portions. So happy to have this in the neighborhood and would recommend to anyone in the area.
I had been waiting for a good pho spot to open in Hoboken, and this has become my go to anytime I am craving a comforting bowl of soup. As a vegetarian, I order the vegetarian pho and the tofu summer rolls, and both are consistently great.
I even bought pho bowls and spoons and sauces for home so I can order takeout and enjoy it there. I once was sick for a week and ordered nearly every day. I have also come here with a friend to dine in, and it was a lovely...
