Absolutely amazing. This place has the best spanish food I've had in Jersey so far. Every moist, well season and revitalizes your spanish roots. Staff was very attentive and service was fast. Highly reccomend this place!

Being Cuban and from Miami I tend to have high expectations. However, this was just not it for me. Came in on a Wednesday for lunch. Left disappointed. The croquetas were still slightly cold inside and a bit too “seasoned” for my taste. The oxtail lunch special was ok. The sauce seemed like it had too much going on. And the beans were mediocre. My partner had lechon and it was better than the oxtail, but was still lacking. I’m glad I tried it, but won’t be doing that again…

We tried the pabellón criollos (traditional Venezuelan breakfast) and pan con bistec guaro (Venezuelan steak sandwich), as well as the agua fresca de flor de Jamaica (Costa Rican sorrel wine, non alcoholic). Great dishes with a warm brunch ambiance.

I was dying to try this restaurant out since it had been in my home neighborhood for so long, and while everything was super good - I was a tad bit underwhelmed. Some things were kind of bland to me, but majority of the other items were very good. Out waiter was very friendly, but took very long to come to our table whenever we needed something (which was odd considering the fact we went at a time when business was slow and the place was borderline empty). However, definitely did enjoy dinner there and will be giving in another shot!

This place is wonderful. A real gem. As a vegetarian I love the plantains in mole sauce and meat eaters love the meat. They are BYOB and even can make drinks such as mojitos if you bring the rum. I could eat the delicious plane rice all day.
