Ordered delivery, and this is what I got. Food was stale and the rib cuts were atrocious. I wouldn’t even feed that to a dog. I called the store and the manager disconnected the phone call after placing me on hold. I had an option to eat at another BBQ place but I chose this one. Regrets, regrets. Never again.

Had the brisket, ribs, Texas slaw and deviled eggs. Glad to find they had no sugar in the slaw or dry rubs. The food was all very good, brisket was moist and flavorful, but lacked the smoke ring and smokier flavor I love. Added to one of my return spots if I'm in the area again.

Theres an old saying first impressions are everything. When you order a drink and they serve it in a six ounce plastic cup you know you are on your way to a bad experience. The chicken I think it was cooked with a hair dryer it was so dry I needed a gallon of water to swallow it. I cook brisket often so when my eighteen year old son tasted his he asked me dad what is this? When I tasted it horrible dry and tasteless.my wife and daughter ordered burgers and to my surprise they were good. We were a table of seven only two enjoyed their food. They should close that place worst mall food ever. I always blame owners not thee staff they should get out of restaurant business not even Chilis serves a drink in a plastic cup totally not acceptable if you go to a hot dog stand you will be more satisfied.

Tourist trap prices. I miss the Hoboken that existed years back. I was charged a $6 fee for using a credit card. The brisket was cold. The main person in my party who we were taking out for a special occasion, had their food delayed to the point where we finished our food and theirs had simply been forgotten. The cheese dip was good. But, I spent $200 for a party of 4. This place is charging all this money because it’s on the waterfront. They should deliver top notch food and service. No ambience either. I had reservations for what? It was mostly empty.
Poor food quality especially Ribs and Brisket Plate and Pulled Pork Brisket and Sausage. Poor quality of the meat, inedible.

DO NOT go here for special events. I went to their New Year’s Eve party and the bar could not have done a worse job managing the event. It was pouring, like torrential down pouring in the cold when we got there to a huge line that was not moving. We were soaked and the bar had absolutely no sense of urgency to let us in without umbrellas (1 person scanning tickets and IDs slowly for 50 people who are all done up for new years and ready to go). Even on a good weather night I would question how long it took them to let everyone in. Then for an open bar, they had 3 bartenders for well over 100 people. Almost the entire night was spent waiting for drinks which were clearly watered down. I was in lines almost the entire time I was there, till I gave up because the drinks were awful. They also had tiny balloons and no decorations for a $70 event.

Me and my friends were told we had to give up our seats up to white customers to eat and we were the only all black table. the manager then tripled down with this decision and said it was a random decision he then said he had a black security guard as an employee so he couldn’t be racist the video is now on TikTok and going viral they were rude and aggressive and I hope no black ppl visit as we will be forced to get up if white customers come in

Small group of 3 decided to stop by and check this place out. We were sat pretty quickly and had a sever just shortly after take our order.
I went with the chicken tenders and corn bread. The food was cooked perfectly and the corn bread wasn’t overly dry.
We also got an appetizer of chips and salsa. The backed potato was excellent.
Overall, everything was good.

Here a few weeks ago with my Duck. The food was OK. The wings were probably my favorite. The brisket was juicy but failed the pull test. The ribs were dry but had good flavor.

House of 'Que is a barbeque restaurant inside American Dream Mall. I came her during lunch hour, so it wasn't as packed. The chicken wrap with sweet potato fries and the Sloppy Texan with curly fries were delicious. Food came out quickly and staffs were polite. If you're a fan of BBQ and looking for a lively, Texas-style dining experience, House of 'Que could be a good choice for you.
