If you haven't, book a reservation here a/s/a/p the sushi and drinks were amazing!! The experience was so much fun!! I have been to omakase before, but Sushi by Bou has been the best so far, it was more intimate and the staff was interpersonal which really enhanced the experience!
Wonderful experience for my wife's birthday. The chef and the host made the evening super fun and enjoyable. The sushi courses were excellent, well paced and delicious. Had the 12 course and re-ordered a few more after we were done. Will go for the 17 course next time.

Sushi by Bou - Hoboken NJ @ W Hotel is an absolute gem of an omakase experience. Guests come for the 17 course menu and find it outstanding, with fresh and DELICIOUS fish that is carefully crafted. The atmosphere is cool, intimate, and totally unique, featuring a 90s hip-hop vibe, graffiti art, and vinyl records. The cocktails and sake selection pair perfectly with the meal. Service is incredible, with warm greetings and cheeky banter from the chefs and staff, making guests feel welcomed into the home of an old friend. The Bougie upgrade is highly recommended and worth every bite. Prices are reasonable, and visitors return almost every month, never having a bad experience. Whether for a date night, birthday, or a special evening out, this place delivers on every level. Street parking gets hard to find though.
