I come to this Jungle Juice location regularly, and unfortunately there hasn’t been a single visit where the employees have been welcoming or friendly. Every interaction feels rushed, cold, or outright rude. The smoothies and bowls are very good, which is the only reason I continue to come back, but the customer service seriously needs improvement.

Today was no exception. The girl who rang me up had her hoodie on, looked miserable, and didn’t make any effort...

Jungle Juice truly has those chill night time moments for those who are just looking for a quick snack or juice. I’ve gone there to purchase the Lighten Up drink for the first time. I would give it a 6/10. Overall, service is phenomenal. Got my order in less than 2 mins! Price is slightly expensive for a small size beverage but it’s Hoboken!
