The gelato and the pastries are so great, but the staff working unfortunately are not! I ordered Straciatella, and the staff instead gave me plain Vanilla. When I went back in thinking it was just a simple mistake and asked for the correct flavor, they said “oh we’re out of Straciatella, so we just decided to give you something else”.

The gelato is quite good but the line always moves sooo slowly compared to other places. It deters me and my family from going. Not sure if it’s the layout of the shop or something else.

Came Sunday night. Best gelato I’ve ever had, I came from cali and this absolutely surpasses what i’ve had there as well. Awesome service from the gentleman, not as much the lady, she seemed very frustrated that we asked her for help, maybe very busy day. No matter! As long as the gelato and cone stays this good I will come back regardless!
