Writing a view because of the guy in the Red Bandana. He knows how to cut prosciutto. When you say thin some deli's cut it thick. The guy in the red bandana who works in the back is a keeper. He might be the only guy in Hoboken who I will let cut my prosciutto.
We needed 6 ft hoagies for our lacrosse squad after a night game. The hoagies arrived, as promised, as the team came out of the locker room. The service was great and the six footers (we got three) fed 60 people. The players said how much they enjoyed their post game despite a loss in the game. High praise, I'd say.
