this is genuinely the best food i have ever tasted, like i swear im not joking. the moment the food touched my taste buds i could smell colors and see smells. i got the miso ramen it was so good i enjoyed every moment of devouring it. i also got the pork buns and i almost teared up they’re the best thing i ever tasted. come here now.

The BEST Niku Udon I’ve ever had!!!! I truly could not recommend this place enough. The staff is wonderful and greets you with a smile every time - it’s so refreshing to see restaurants who love their customers and clearly believe in the food that they prepare. Hoboken is lucky to have this amazing establishment!!!

This is my second time visiting the Hoboken location with my family, and it’s our favorite spot! The broth was flavorful, and the noodles had an excellent texture. Our waiter—or possibly the owner, who was running the front by himself on a Monday afternoon—was very helpful and explained all the ingredients in detail. The place also seemed very clean. We’ll definitely be back again the next time we come to the Hoboken area!
