Lovely brunch place at Hoboken area. They have indoor and outdoor seats. It was a nice day so we sat outside.

The waitress and the staff were very nice and friendly. Guac and chips were very good. flavorful and crispy chips.

Steak and eggs were good. Steak came out how I wanted it. Juicy and tender. Waffle was soft and puffy. Actually pretty good. Unsweeten ice tea was basic.

I just wish all the portions are a little bigger....

I hosted my bridal shower at Olivia’s yesterday and it was absolutely perfect. Firstly, Ilysa was so helpful in ensuring every question I had was answered, and was super responsive and beyond incredible.
