OMG this pizza was so good! We got the Diavola and La Mortadella with Di Parma salad and it was all *chefs kiss*! We had to reheat it in the oven as we ordered delivery but the crust came out crisp and the toppings were simple, balanced and delicious!

I don’t write a lot of google reviews but had to jump in to give kudos to Ovale. I love their pizza and order it all the time. Today I ordered it through Seamless (usually I order it directly through them/Toast) but went a different route tonight and then of course order got screwed up on the Seamless end and Ovale called me and made everything right. Really appreciate the care they have for their customers here. Pizza is incredible!! Love the Amatriciano and the Focciacias! Great addition to Hoboken

This is indeed a pizza gem in Hoboken. Totally unpretentious place just focused on serving great pizza. Tried the pesto burrata pizza and the pistachio gelato and they were both uh-mazing!! The pesto burrata pizza is one of their specialty menu items, so it was $20 but there are other options for lesser price. The pizza base is a chewy sourdough which is vegan and gluten free and was super light and airy, it didn’t feel heavy or greasy at all. It’s a small joint so seating is limited but the park is at the end of the block which makes it convenient. This is my new fav place to get pizza and I know I’m gona be coming back.

Today dwe went to Ovale and took my friend for the first time. He tried the pepperoni pizza and loved it. We also loved the little ice creams, and the guy who served us was very nice. Thank you so much for the great service, everything was perfect. Ovale has always been my favorite pizza place in New York and New Jersey, and I think it will be my friend's favorite too♥️?

Wow! Just when I thought I couldn't find better pizza, I found this spot. Excellent pizza...reminds me of pizza I had in Naples. Zero flop pizza, full of flavor in every bite...the dough, cheese, sauce. Looking forward to trying other specialties.

The pizza is tremendous. Pics online looked good so we ordered 2 pies to go(margarita and quattro formaggio) The flavor was ? but the crust (thin,crispy,light/airy) was the star. Will be back to try other items.
