The yakitori was slightly too dry but overall I love this place!

I would not advise getting delivery. My 2 orders of ramen šŸœ were delivered all over my lobby floor. Paper bags are not a great way of delivering liquids that leak. See below.

Overpriced ramen and small portions
Manhattan ramen places are better and cheaper so that's saying something

Tonkotsu bowl was AMAZING. So flavorful and every ingredient was phenomenal. One of the best meals I have had in a long time.

Atmosphere is nice, particularly on a nice day, but this has to be the blandest, least appetizing ramen I've had in the NYC area. It's extremely disappointing, I'd love to have a great ramen option in the area.

I ordered kimchi from here and it was not very good. It was not very crunchy, not sour, lacking flavor. I mean I get it if it’s not that crunchy or sour but the flavor was just not there at all. Does not satisfy a craving at all. No. Don’t order their kimchi, it taste like off brand kimchi from a grocery store but worse. Ramen is good tho. But overpriced.

The food was pretty good except service was seriously lacking. I got the chicken broth ramen. It honestly tasted like just boiled chicken water. I almost never send things back but this was really bad so when we got the servers attention he kind of just whispered to himself "yeah it's the least flavorful thing on the menu". It was really strange and he did not offer a solution. whenever he spoke to our table in general it was as if he was speaking to himself and not us. Very unfriendly. I asked for a miso vegetable ramen instead of the chicken ramen. He brought me a pork ramen. I don't eat pork. At that point we gave up and I switched meals with someone from my party. Actual dining area was lackluster. It's a shame.

Wanted to try their chicken based broth shoyu ramen but was greatly disappointed. The chicken was dry and the broth had lingering chicken grease smell— I couldn’t even bear to smell the dish after couple of bites in.

maybe their tonkutsu is better but I strongly recommend to stay away from their chicken broth ramen.
