Incredible restaurant - 12/10, Their margaritas are made to order and created fresh with only the best ingredients (shoutout to the homemade Hibiscus mezcal margarita). The staff is kind, welcoming, and accommodating. The food is homemade and absolutely delicious. This is by far the best Mexican restaurant in town and in NJ.
After reading some of the reviews. I decided I had to say, I have no idea why people are saying the food is not good/awful. I definitely agree that finding Mexican food that is really good is hard to find. That’s why I’m going to say this. I’ve been to Baja, two times with a friend and we always sit at the bar. Came here for the first time a few weeks ago and was excited to try a Mexican place in Hoboken that I hadn’t tried yet. Food and drinks were very disappointing, bland flavor that I wouldn’t expect at a Mexican restaurant. Service was great, though, very attentive staff.
