I usually love their salads and have always found them fresh and satisfying. Today, I decided to try the miso salmon bowl for a change. Unfortunately, I realized after finishing my meal that the rice wasn’t fresh. As shown in the video, it’s very dry and clumped together fresh rice doesn’t look or taste like this. I’ll definitely continue ordering their salads, but I’ll be avoiding the rice bowls moving forward.

My first time using the automated sweetgreens and don’t prefer it. For the past 6 years the chicken pesto parm has been my salad however the machine didn’t add enough dressing. I chose medium portion and it gave me very light. I chose not to have the hot sauce and this salad was the hottest it’s been for me. Disappointed.

If u can, go to any other sweetgreen. This sweetgreen tries to automate everything including basic customer service. Staff that seemed like they didnt want to be there besides handing you the bowl after the machine mixes everything together. I said I asked for the bread via the kiosk and the lady on duty shook her head, said no, and walked away. They always close early too - was told it was closed after a few times getting there at 945pm. Should really just say they close at 930pm at that point. Go to the Broadway one if you can

Very cool experience trying out one of the first of its kind sweet greens in New York City. They had their infinite kitchen, which makes all of the salads in record speed time along with perfect portions. Melissa showed great hospitality while we waited for our large order and offered us to try their brand new fresh drinks made in house and it was such a lovely experience.
