I'm writing a review about this company..I was hired to work at the Shelby township location .I'm much older then all of the employees I feel because of my age I had a target on my back .please don't support this company by buying their food. They don't support people over the age of 50 to work for them .and they hire employees that are all best friends that is a disvantage for new employees coming in the company to work .I had told the manager at the Shelby township store I didn't really think mean girls and men didn't exist anymore but they are mean girls

Came in this snowy day for guacamole greens. They were superb customer service as I didn’t know this location was kiosk only. They were super patient with me because I didn’t know what I was doing lol and didn’t make me feel silly. Deff will return when I’m in the area. 10 out of 10!
Oh yea food was amazing too for me customer service matter before even tasting because I’m big on energy.

I love the food at sweet green but the service is absolute trash. I asked one simple question and she answered me as if I ruined her whole day. Headphones in ear isn’t it unsafe to work with headphones on? I was so embarrassed in the way that she answered me. I really can’t believe this experience and email will be coming soon.

I come here every week, the bowls are ready within minutes and super fresh. I think their use of automation helps with that, and it’s also very consistent on portions so I never get upset about getting less of something. It just takes a while to understand what kinds of bowls have ā€œmoreā€ vs ā€œlessā€ food

Sweetgreen replaced people with a machine and it sucks. The vibe is depressing, the double portions we ordered were not delivered and the few workers remaining can’t help because once you put in the order the machine just drops the food in the bowl. It’s time to fly to better restaurants with people prepared, presented and served with love- at the price point we deserve it. From what it was at the beginning, only the name remains. It’s very sad but we won’t come back.

Very disappointed, I will not be returning to this location. I received an abnormally small amount of chicken, and when I kindly asked to get a little bit more, I was declined and told ā€˜the machine actually dispenses the perfect amount so your portion is normal, that’s how it’s supposed to be’

Never in my year of supporting this company have I received a portion size of meat this small at any location (including this one.) If I had known I’d get so little I would’ve kept my 5 dollars and just gotten the bowl by itself for 10… especially since I’m just a university student using my own money to try and eat healthy. I left hungry today and dissatisfied.
