Wow! Dim sum all day every day?! And they don't close on holidays?!! Where can you find dim sum that opens after 8 AM daily? Only in NYC! It's honestly should be 5 stars, but I don't know if I liked the Har Gow here. I'm almost certain that the Har Gow is not made in house, and is rather frozen. I guess it because when I ordered the Har Gow, the bottom sticks to the paper plates. It's the same problem I run into at home when I re-stream frozen shrimp dumplings.
