I come here every week, the bowls are ready within minutes and super fresh. I think their use of automation helps with that, and it’s also very consistent on portions so I never get upset about getting less of something. It just takes a while to understand what kinds of bowls have “more” vs “less” food
I usually love their salads and have always found them fresh and satisfying. Today, I decided to try the miso salmon bowl for a change. Unfortunately, I realized after finishing my meal that the rice wasn’t fresh. As shown in the video, it’s very dry and clumped together fresh rice doesn’t look or taste like this. I’ll definitely continue ordering their salads, but I’ll be avoiding the rice bowls moving forward.
