Not sure why this says temp closed but I had Tastebuds chicken taco for the first time yesterday (at the street fair in the Monroe center park). Wow, one of the best tacos I have ever had. So carefully and thoughtfully prepared. I cannot wait to come back and try more of their offerings. Do not hesitate to hit this spot up (and they are sooooo kind!!)

They were not tacos, they were works of art. The shell: warm and toasted, but not hard and falling apart. The insides: cooked and moist, cheese beautifully melted, vegetables crunchy but with give. The stall: tiny, they only use as much space as they need to create these tacos. The taco juice: drank. The person manning the stand: exceptionally polite and exuded taco-expertise.
I had my first taste of birria tacos while on a trip to Hawaii. I was hooked. Tried some at different restaurants feeling disappointed. But once I found this taco truck, by far, the best Birria tacos!! Savory and delicious and affordable! Everyone has to try these tacos!

The best tacos and best experience ever. While on vacation, we found this food truck and it was the best tacos we’ve ever had … and we’re from California where tacos are big! We loved being able to support a local business. My daughter is still talking about wanting more tacos!
