The coffee is really good, it almost compensates for the rest. The area where coffee is prepared was not organized and clean (not like garbage / dirty). It seems like they might need more people to be able to do it all. The person working there does not have the time to service customers and keep everything organized.The music was a little loud for my preference but it does not seem to bother others

The male with long hair that works at this cafe is very rude and unfriendly. He turned up the music to an unbearable level and I requested for the music to just be turned down a tiny bit while I enjoyed my coffee. He look at me with a mean face and said no. I said please just a tiny bit it’s hurting my ears. He said no. I will not be returning to a place that’s this unfriendly and inconsiderate

I’ve always walked by this place and thought it looked super cute and would have great coffee so I finally tried it. Came on a Saturday morning and there was only one person working there- I felt really bad for her because there was constantly a line and she was running around. Paid $10 for a latte and monkey bread- latte was lukewarm, no lat the art, and the monkey bread was kind of stale. There was no music playing which I thought was really awkward. Dirty dishes were piling up on the counter. Place had so much potential- don’t recommend if you’re looking for a quality coffee shop with good vibes as it appears

Just got an amazing flat white with super friendly service. Their coffee is excellent!
This place has great coffee and wonderful staff!I think it would be really beneficial for both your staff and customers to have more than one person behind the register/machine. It seemed to be overwhelming for the barista to be alone there, especially in the mornings. Help out your staff please !

I've stopped here twice and both times I've felt weird here.Maybe it's because I'm a minority woman -- I came for a coffee today and tipped on top of it. While my coffee was being made I was followed and watched while I looked at their merch. I was thinking to buy something for my boyfriend. Well I was turned off so much I didn't buy anything at all.I live maybe 7 blocks away uptown but won't ever come back given this ugly experience. This experience is what is keeping this town from growth, I've lived in Manhattan and have never experienced this and makes me want to move back.
