The Roost Outpost is such a gem in Hoboken! Their iced chai latte is absolutely delicious and creamy, with just the right touch of cinnamon, easily one of my favorites. The staff is warm and welcoming, making every visit feel like a treat. I love browsing through their curated selection of cool clothing pieces in the store, then grabbing a seat by the stools at the window to sip my drink and watch the world go by. Cozy, lovely, and full of charm.
I absolutely love their iced latte — always delicious, well-balanced, and refreshing. The service was also excellent — friendly, quick, and professional. My favorite coffee spot in the city!
I come to Hoboken for work a few times a year and always have made a b-line to Roost as soon as possible. I had no idea about the recent disgruntled employee drama, but when I got my flat white just now and it was lousy (milk texture is amateur), I decided to look at recent reviews to see if there’s been turnover or something that made them have to hire less experienced folks (nothing against them, I think it’s just what it is).
