I came for the holiday decor, and honestly, that’s the only good part. For a holiday themed place though it’s not all that jolly. No one greets you when you walk in, like you're not even a paying customer. The food was very low quality, and the service was awful, you feel like you're a bother. It's also hard not to notice a bunch of positive reviews suddenly popping up after a string of negative ones. Definitely seems like they’re trying to counteract the bad feedback…new flash people can tell.

During my recent visit to this establishment, I had a particularly unpleasant experience with the bartender, back bar 5pm Women dark hair not Trevor. When my group and I arrived, we attempted to sit at a seat at the end of the bar. To our surprise, the bartender immediately told us that we could not sit there, without offering any explanation or alternative suggestions. What made the situation even more frustrating was that just moments before, a couple had been allowed to sit in the very same spot with no issue whatsoever. The inconsistency in treatment of remarks and looks was obvious and left us feeling unwelcome and singled out. Hospitality is a key part of any bar experience, and unfortunately, this bartender failed to provide even the most basic level of courtesy and fairness. This experience has definitely impacted my view of the establishment, and I would hesitate to return or recommend it to others. If I saw her I would LEAVE!!!

Loved this place! The Christmas decorations are amazing. But the bartenders are even better. Trevor, Caitlin and Gabby couldn’t have been more friendly and attentive, and the drinks were delicious. This bar is a must-visit if you’re in Hoboken during Christmas season. We’ll definitely be bac!

Let me preface this by saying I’ve never left a bad review at any restaurant but this place was a HUGE let down…..to say the least. When my date and I arrived, we weren’t greeted at all just stared at by the staff. Even though we had reservations, no one told us where to sit, we had to ask. Once we asked we were told we could sit anywhere, but when we wanted to sit by the Santa poster, the girl said no because we’d be “in the way.” If you don’t want people sitting there, why put a table there at all? Very confusing logic. The staff was really inattentive, looked miserable, and were constantly on their phones. After taking our order the girl never came to check on us again. The brunch menu was awful, and very limited not taking into account that not everyone eats/likes pork. Everything tasted like microwaved food and they got our order wrong. When we mentioned it, instead of our initial server fixing it, another girl said she’d ask the chef after we asked her but after waiting and waiting we left the food untouched and asked for the check. Once the check came we saw the untouched wrong order was still there instead of them removing it out of curtesy. After we had to ask it was removed. When leaving, again, no one bothered to say a word. A group of girls at another table were also talking about how this place had bad vibes and were very disappointed.

Extremely disappointing experience. From the moment we walked in, we were not greeted at all. Instead, the staff appeared annoyed and completely uninterested in having customers there. No smiles, no friendliness, no holiday spirit whatsoever — which is unacceptable for a Christmas-themed bar. The entire staff gave off the impression that they either did not want to be there or did not want guests there. Service was awful. No one checked on us, asked how our food or drinks were, or made any effort at basic hospitality. We were repeatedly looked over as if they were waiting for us to ask for the check and leave. This wasn’t just our experience — another couple nearby was clearly just as uncomfortable and disappointed. The atmosphere was unwelcoming, the service was terrible, and the overall experience was a waste of time. In my opinion, this place should not be open if this is how they treat customers.

She even had the tunes rocking classics the entire time!!! She recommended these super amazing (super sweet but festive ) drinks for the holiday season which of course we loved!! Will be back 100%

Caitlyn was so accommodating! We walked in without a reservation in the middle of a Sunday evening, and she made sure she had a table available for us, suggested cocktails for us and made the experience absolutely pleasurable. We will definitely be back!
