“pretty much had the perfect experience. came in on a saturday night and even though it was extremely crowded, service was really quick, friendly and attentive (by both FoH staff). pizza was absolutely delicious and rivals the best pizzas in the city with the crust being the foundation and the sesame crisp being both original and transformative. the food was coming out quickly too so BoH was clearly firing on all cylinders.

“Don’t judge a book by its cover for this one. The outside looks like a dark bar, and a dive bar inside. Don’t be deterred. The food is exceptional and beautifully presented. We ordered a tuna tartare, which came in a tower shape, and the oysters were top quality. The toasted striped bass was also awesome. Food is ordered by using a QR code that’s on the table top. Very reasonably priced relative to the quality. Check it out!“

“This was about a 10min drive from our hotel and the unlimited mimosas made it appealing from the start but the food was AWESOME! Unlimited mimosas added another layer and we were pleased and lit by the time we left. When I tell you it’s worth every dime it truly is so please go. The service is good and they will check in considering it’s a 90minute unlimited mimosa thing BUT all good. Don’t feel rushed because they don’t push you out and again the ladies will make sure you’re good to go. Chelsea is the way to go! We had two rounds!“

“Found this spot from a book called Drink Like a Local and glad I did. Walked in about 6 and the bar area was packed on a Wednesday. Found an open spot an ordered a Toasted Ham and Cheese and a Revolver. The food was good although I would have went with stone ground mustard instead of Dijon. The drink was burbon, coffee liqueur, and vanilla which came together very nicely. Would definitely go back.“

“We had no reservations and three other places had closed for private events, so we were happy to find Blue Bar open and we were lucky to find a table without waiting -- it was filling up fast on an afternoon in early December ? the drinks were good and the atmosphere was great -- vibrant yet not loud! Too bad it wasn't quite blue ? I guess it only would turn blue later at night. (Only had drinks, so, I'm not rating "food" -- is that correct ?)“

He started the night by spilling a drink on me and not even apologizing, and then ignoring us the rest of the night (we were in the front row), even as he went up to the people to our left about five times. I'm sure he was slammed but that's just not cool. I had to go to the bar and miss part of someone's set to get a drink.“

The room itself was nothing short of stunning. Facing the New York City skyline, we had a clear view of the Empire State Building, which was a surreal bonus. Great atmosphere and the Service was great as well. My bartender, Sara was welcoming, warm and quite skilled. She made me the best old-fashioned I've had in a long time. Believe me, I've had my share of bad ones. It went well with the pizza. Great vibe in this very chill atmosphere.“
