Went for brunch which was very good and reasonable. Service was also excellent. The place is small but quaint with an old style bar. Overall very good neighborhood restaurant. Will definitely be back.

Food was meh at best. Have a very specific diet and asked for normal steak sandwich and side broccoli no butter. I have high triglycerides and was using steak sandwich as cheat meal but wanted no butter in broccoli but that was too difficult apparently. I ended up saying no butter on it all, and I got everything instead doused in butter. The waitress was unpleasant and unaccomodating. The place was way too loud I couldn't hear the person next to me. She ruined my evening w boyfriend and twin sister. Will not return. And to think I actually came based on TikTok recommendation. And to top off they have a credit card surcharge but not visa debt cards but of course they lied there too, used my visa debit and charged me extra $3. OVERRATEDDD!

our dinner was very good and our waitress was very attentive. HOWEVER, due to the layout of the restaurant, the aisles were narrow. A waiter banged into my chair no less than 6 times and never never apologized. this didn't include another 5 or 6 times customers walked by banging into my chair and never saying sorry. if I was any closer to the table I would have eaten my meal on top of it.

My boyfriend and I go here at least one every 2 weeks to eat. We love love it. The vibes are always nice. We are OBSESSED with the Hoboken Chicken Sandwich. It hits the spot every single time. The drinks are also well balanced and delicious. I’m already stressed about moving and no longer being within walking distance.

Once upon a time, getting dinner at Zack's was a fantastic experience: great food, great service and cozy vibes. In fact, it was so good I took my dad there and he liked it too. That was then but now I will avoid it as much as I can. Last time I went was with a friend from out of town and we were seated outside next to a leaking dumpster. Mind you, this was in late august so that was an experience. Leaky trash outside, whatever happened there since 2019 made the food just ok and unimaginative. Nothing on the menu is exciting and I'm not sure how this place competes with something like Antique Bakery a block away. It's a shame because Zack's used to be great and now it's mediocre at best.
This was my first and not my last time at Zack's. The staff was on point! The staff listened and ran like a well oiled machine. The restaurant has outdoor and indoor seating. Inside the restaurant was clean along with the restrooms. Good seating. I recommend sitting at the tables by the bar. The sun and day light is great! The food did not disappoint. Everything came out fresh and hot. If you order a meal that comes with fries. You can upgrade the fries with other seasonings. I must say. Zack's is making do what it do! Keep up the good work Zack's!

Went into Zack’s for a quick dinner on Wednesday night. The service was amazing, one compliment i want to add is the food runner James. He had brought over our plates in a kind manner, and kept bringing us over more ketchup and water. He made the atmosphere pleasent. Will definetly be returning.

Good food and atmosphere, staff friendly but needs a bit of polishing.We were a party of 5, they kept bringing our food out before clearing the table on occasions, also took away food without asking if we were done.A bit more training needed for staff, otherwise good place with good food.

We were looking for a place to have a couple drinks late in the evening and definitely found a great little spot.Walked in and were surrounded by mostly locals. We arrived close to 11pm and it was standing room only. As the night went on, the bar cleared out and we were one of the last couple of patrons left.We did not eat, but the cocktails were very delicious. Our bartender was extremely efficient and very friendly. We ending up chatting with him and some other guests well into the night.Definitely somewhere I would like to get a chance to go back to for food next time.
