Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

My family loves the food here, and the service is great. However, the restaurant is dirty. The walls near the booths are visibly filthy (brown and sticky) and the trash cans are crawling with ants. I hope better cleaning procedures are put in place because I would love for this place to be successful.

it tasted good, but my 4 other family members we got dinner for had horrible stomach pains / upset that night into the next day. I didnt let it sit out for an extended time before consuming or anything like that. sucks because I thought the food was better than other fast food, it wasn’t “cheap” for a big family order, and people got sick. I loved the food but being pregnant I never got sick but the rest of my family did so I won’t be returning. was also embarrassing because I recommended it after trying it 1x and everyone was like how can you have recommended this place?? lol

I was helped by a guy named Gavin (that's what it said on the receipt) and a pink-haired girl (sorry, I don’t know her name). Both were very professional and did their jobs perfectly. Gavin helped me place my order, and the pink-haired girl was very kind to my kids when serving them ice cream. You've got amazing employees working here! I'll 100% come back.

Ate here for the first time. Food and service was good. But as other reviewers have said, the table tops in the dining room were dirty and considering it was a weekday at 10:45 am and we were the only ones in there, it really is unacceptable to not keep the tables wiped off.

I went with my senior residence from RCH, we loved the restaurant, the food was amazing 👍 and prices are great .The owner takes care of us and also the staff. Thanks for makes our day special. Recommending that restaurant for families, friends and seniors.👍

Popped in as a first timer after a business meeting nearby. The young lady who took my order explained the brand and the food to me and offered suggestions; she didn’t ridicule me for not knowing what I wanted. I got the original burger combo figuring it would be good since that’s what they started with, and it did not disappoint. The sauce for the fries was free and tasted great! I will definitely be back! Burger was joosey. Service was great. One guy was very nice pretty sure he was da manager. Everything tasted good and they didn’t discriminate me for my very large order. Only flaw of the place was my boy stole my burger. Other than that dis joint deserve 5 stars.

The place is filthy, your feet stick to the floor, gross film on all tables (if they were wiped), bathroom gross, garbage areas unkept, drink area dirty/mess/not stocked, food horrible-salty greasy cold- long wait. Ice cream served melted. Employees were working hard, they seem under staffed for a sat. afternoon, they need an appropriate person to clean, not the young kid going from the register, to the microphone, to serving then to the over flowing garbages. Not going back, waist of $70 for 4 ppl.

Had a lettuce wrapped prime rib burger that was tasty but way too salty. Also had a taste of a vanilla shake and it was thick, rich and delicious. My partner had a cheeseburger with fries and couldn’t finish due to the high salt content. If you eat here, ask them to hold the salt.

Great place! I wish it was closer to the hotel I was in town renovating but I tried to go as often as I could. Food, service, atmosphere were all amazing! Top notch!

Overall good food and service. They got my order right. The service was quick and polite. I never ate at a Freddy's before. This is exactly what I expected it to be. It's basically high end fast food. I had a burger. It was good. The fries were good too!
