The food here is bonkers! And the cocktails are so fancy! And the staff is so friendly! And the menu changes seasonally, so you gotta go regularly so you don’t miss out! These people are geniuses!
Mabel makes Bell Works a true destination. The space itself serves as a warm, welcoming haven within the cool, stark, Severance-style complex, while their dishes (and drinks!) honor the building's historical innovations in the most delicious of ways. The Rotary cocktail is a personal favorite: a classic old fashioned elevated with house-made cola syrup that's worth the trip alone. I'm a huge fan of all they do, from punched-up classics to more adventurous plates....
