The coffee is good, but what they call “New Orleans style” is not really.New Orleans style coffee is more than just adding chicory. It’s a cafe au lait - aka coffee with warmed milk.You shouldn’t call it “New Orleans style” coffee if you don’t know that that is.

Cold brew here is consistently good! I love all the people who work here. I'm pretty much a regular and it's the Nola is one of my go to orders. It's really freaking good.

So no espresso to start with. Forget any real latte action. Or the person ordering after me denied the espresso shot ?. The iced lattes are cold view concentrate and then the regular brews. All in all the mocha flavored latte was OK although the mocha is unsweetened as well. Has a decent flavor though. Not sure if I'll be back.
Rook Coffee is not your typical chain store coffee shop. They do not offer expresso, cappuccino, teas or fruit drinks. It's a NJ's chain based coffee shop which focuses on fresh roasted simple and some infused coffee but delicious coffee. You can Purchase a subscription of their concentrated cold brew to make at home, ground coffee and some logo products. The coffee shop itself offer their cold brew, ice coffee, hot coffee and some pastries. I have only been here a couple of times when I am in the area and I have to say that they do make great ice coffee.

If you've never had rook and live in Monmouth county you're living under a rock. Delicious cold brew coffees that's the best in jersey. Only complaint is it's expensive..one iced coffee will run over $5.
