Live up in North NJ now so don’t get down south often. I ordered a batch of Mocha cold brew and they shipped it instantly with an ice pack to keep it fresh. 10/10 for customer service (Oh yeah, plus the coffee is incredible).

The New Orleans coffee is excellent; the staff at the Holmdel location is not. When I asked for an iced coffee with little ice, they said they would put less coffee in the cup because they must use the same amount in every cup. So ... they saved around 2 oz of coffee and lost a customer. The Rook location in Red Bank doesn't do this.
