Would be four-five stars but the bartender had our server charge full price for a virgin cocktail . Felt scammed. Club soda,2 mint leaves, 1cucumber slice and some lime juice for 12 dollars. if you ask me, a bartender at a high end restaurant myself, that’s ridiculous. Besides that, service and food we’re good.

We went tonight for dinner . I ordered shrimp scampi over linguini. When the meal came the shrimp were under cooked so I sent two of 5 back and my linguini. All I wanted was my same meal cooked more but they decided to cook a new meal which took a long time. When it came some of the shrimp were undercooked again and the wrong pasta was added. I asked for the owner Mario and he basically argued with me that I ate some of the shrimp and wasn’t going to give me my pasta.I never ate the first pasta either. He charged me for the two meals (wife’s and mine) and only took off our desert. He obviously doesn’t know the correct way to make a customer happy. Would I go back? Not likely and I was a previous customer. Also no lights on outdoor tables.

i use to love this place in my early 20s it was such a great place to reconnect with old class mates enjoy good food on the water with a nice cocktail. I've been goin here for 10 years my father was the chef as well for a period of time. i know the owner very nice guy Mario because of so and his son which is my favorite bar tender ever hands down. also this being my home town bar I've known most of the bartenders from school which is awesome. last night was my first time back in over year i wanted to introduce my girlfriend to one of my favorite places she felt and look gorgeous and wanted to go out for dinner and a cocktail so Pivincis was perfect. it was 830pm was quite maybe 10 people kitchen was open till 10pm we sat down we met the new bar tender Hannah waved to Mario. the bar tender and i exchanged passed employees and connected about how much i loved this place in the past. we ordered wings and two cocktails waited patiently time went on the bar tender Hannah approach us asked my girlfriend if she was ok in a awkward tone of voice which she relayed yes were here for dinner. which was odd but ok it didn't bother us we didn't think anything of it. Hannah leaves and returns and claims she cannot serve us or give us dinner with no exsplation and she refuses service. my girl ask to speak to the owner Mario and makes him aware we are her for dinner and a cocktail we left peacefully after she made the owner of the situation aware we were denied. WE WERE THERE TO HAVE DINNER BOTH OF US WERE IN A SOUND STATE OF MINE. we feel discriminated against and believe the bar tender Hannah is inadequate at her job completely rude nasty and a embarrassment to Pavaincis. being a patron and being a loyal customer for 10 years I'm discussed embarrassed and appalled with the service we received from Hannah. Mario feel free to contact me directly since you may still have my personal phone number and if you do not feel free to contact me threw Facebook since we are friends. i would like to continue to make great memories at Pavaincis but also not feel discriminated against. I'm personally willing to give Pavaincis another try but my lady is extremely dissatisfied with the service we received. Its time to find a new bar tender that can actually do her/his job and not insult discriminate along with being able do her job by giving the customer good service with a smile. we left and had a great dinner and cocktail at mommas in bud lake were the bar tender treated us with elite service along he threw us a free appetizer when we told him what happened at Pavincis.

I was there last Thursday for the Line Dancing and it was so much fun! I think it was the first night they’re doing it but hopefully they’re going to do it every week. Everybody had a great time! The bartender Hannah I think was her name was very nice and my only disappointment is the kitchen closed 20 minutes early but that wasn’t really a tragedy. All in all it was a fun night and I really hope that they start doing things like that in the future.

Food is delicious and view is gorgeous. Portion size is great as you can see in the photos. Staff were very attentive. Had an amazing time eating dinner as we watched the sunset! Took beautiful pictures in front of the water and boats. I’d love to go back again.

We are from out of town visiting for the weekend. After having gone to a fair. We decided to stop for italian food.Well the service was horrible to have to wait an hour n 15 mins for food. It's not the waiters fault its management or owner. Poorly. I wonder if it was only 1 chef cooking. Even another table of folks left without getting they dinner.Very disappointed. An the water was tasting like soap we had to buy a bottle. You would think they would not charged us. Well we paid . Sorry I hope it gets better. Good luck!

If you have 2+ hours to wait just to get your drinks this is your place. We waited over 2 hours and still no salad or dinner to be had. We ended up leaving without Dinner and was so disappointed. The wait staff was horrible and the waitress didn’t even apologize. It was a terrible experience that turned a great night into a stressful horrific time. Safe yourself the aggravation and definitely skip this place.
My first time at Pavinci. We were there with friends to see the band playing that night. To be honest, at least the band was ok. The food was ok at best. For zn appetizer wr shared thd calamari salad. Chewy and not much flavor. My girlfriend had the chicken roltini. It was a fee pieces of chicken rolled up with not much in it and no flavor. My double cut pork chop was very good. I must say. But it does have wonderful outdoor seating right on the lake. I would good back for that and have a few drinks.

Very Poor service. There was 4 servers and the place wasn’t packed whatsoever and they kept saying they were slammed. Our server was so rude. No manners whatsoever. Forgot our drinks multiple times. Shook her head when we asked for a refill or for anything actually. I tried to order something else because literally ran off while taking or order and was told I couldn’t put it in. Our appetizers took 45 minutes and we’re cold, our food took over an hour to come out. And our salad appetizer came out when we were in the middle of dinner. The food wasnt great. $200for 3 people. Definitely would not recommend.

Just had lunch on a Saturday. Light crowd, only 4 other tables. Waterfront dining was open. We enjoyed the penne vodka and chicken Parm sandwich. Left our plates completely cleared. Service was prompt and courteous. Very satisfied.

Nice atmosphere and view but service needs work, definitely a bit unorganized. The waitress forgot our appetizers and told us after 45+ minutes, only after we asked. The entrees were all good quality and size. Got to dessert, picked out 3 items just to find out they were out of 2 of the 3. Not sure if we'll be back

I had never eaten here when we chose this restaurant for my fathers repass, but I am so happy we did. The food was Amazing (easily best buffet food I've ever had). The service was outstanding, they were able to add 8 extra seats to our tables last minute without smushing us together. It was a breeze to plan with Edna, she sent over a big menu with great options and was quick to respond to emails/phone calls and answer any questions. Since we were kind of up in the air about how many people would show up she was very patient and flexible with us and never pushed for a ridiculous deposit or minimum guarantee. Thank you so much to the staff at Pavinci for making this difficult day much easier. We will definitely be back!
