“I had an issue with my order today because I accidentally received a bacon sauce, and as someone who does not eat pork, I was very worried. The female manager handled the situation with incredible kindness and professionalism. She sincerely apologized, immediately refunded my order, and even prepared me a new burger free of charge. I truly did not expect that level of care and respect. She turned a stressful moment into a great experience. Employees and managers like her are the reason customers come back. Thank you so much for your kindness and outstanding customer service!“

In redeeming my bday treat, I ordered the brownie w vanilla but was Very disappointed that the server gave me the vanilla ice cream melted. She mentioned that the mgr said the freezer wasn’t working. Why would they serve it. No thank you i decided not to eat it.“

“I’ve came here quite a few times now since i have friends in the area and every time I’ve been there it just hasn’t missed. The foods always been delicious and i think they have the best wings in the area by far. The cheesesteak was one of the best ones I’ve had in a long time. Plus the prices are extremely reasonable and the beers are ice cold. I’m not sure what more you could ask for in a local sports bar. A+ service and atmosphere as well. Definitely a must try restaurant!“
