Sometimes the roads less traveled brings out some really great spots. Found myself near Hope New Jersey in rural Warren County (Exit 12 Route 80) and this spot came highly recommended. The Hope Cafe is located at 6 Cedar Street at the corner of Cedar St. and County Road 519. Definitely a shop that deserves to be in the spot light. Small town vibe from start to finish with awesome service and more importantly great good.
I present the Rajun Roastbeef (Roast beef, pepper jack cheese, hot peppers, horseradish sauce) Sandwich had great taste with a small kick which I enjoyed.
Made for a perfect way to fuel up after biking along the Paulinskill Valley Trail

Awesome place and great service. My son and I stopped in and they made us special chocolate chip pancakes for my son. Great coffee and my breakfast sandwich was done perfectly. Great people and life of the town at 8:30 Sunday morning.
