Really nice local brunch spot. The food was delicious and they feature local artists inside for their artwork. The coffee was really good, the breakfast tacos were delicious and the sandwich was yummy! The staff was also very friendly. The cookies were alright. The matcha latte was good, not overly sweet.

Bad service and significant decline in food quality since the last management change. True bummer as a town local.

Went in today with my daughter. She ordered a veggie wrap and was offered a choice of sides. I ordered the identical thing but was not given a choice of sides. She received her wrap in about 10 minutes. Ten minutes after that I went t to find my wrap. The server informed me that my order had bot been put in because their "system was acting up". I was offered a "free fruit cup side". My wrap appeared 10 minutes later with the "free side" but no other side. The manager came out and told us they were out of sides, even though chips were apparently an offered side for my daughter. I told her we needed boxes and she abruptly brought them to the table gruffly as if we had done something wrong. Mediocre wrap and tiny soufflé cup fruit cup. It was not a busy Monday.
Food is great, value for $ also. Issue is - if you hire teenagers to work at your coffeeshop, please train them in basic customer service skills. Texting on their phone while taking my order, and being generally seeming annoyed that I even came in, is not something that will help your business.

A nice local breakfast place. But the food isn’t the best. Sausages are dry, toasts are served without butter; eggs contain no salt and pepper. But the price is higher than other places……

Outside of something like a plain bagel with peanut butter, there are no native vegan options on the menu. Not sure why they should be listed on Happy Cow. I got an oat milk latte that was average. With a $1 vegan tax for oat milk

I miss Ana and Caroline. They always welcomed everyone with big smiles. The food was amazing, fresh, and delicious. Now I’ve noticed some changes, and I don’t feel as comfortable.
Great location in downtown Hopewell, and since my parents live close by I have stopped in many times over the years. I'd be in more if they offered any vegan options. A few vegetarian options but after removing all dairy, the dishes are pretty bland. Plus staff has never seemed very accommodating. I've only ever gotten drip coffee, which has been burnt more often than not. Pretty noisy, but quieter spots in back and side porch. Free street parking. Nice spot to meet up, but hoping they broaden the menu with vegan options.
I use every chance I get to stop into Boro Bean! Today I had the Guac Panini- scrambled eggs were fluffy, cheese was delicious, guacamole was FRESH, and the panini was toasted to perfection. It was NOT messy either. They gave a fork and knife also, just in case, which I loved.Coffee was a great brew- strong but not acidic or bitter. So refreshing to have this place!
