The weather was beautiful, lucky for me, so I sat out on the covered porch to eat and people watch! Inside is quite roomy and adorable, and the staff were all quite welcoming and quick!”

“We have lived in Hopewell 15 years and this newer china wok is absolutely AMAZING. We love the food it's more clean tasting not greasy. Fresh veggies are used too. I am so happy to have them right down the block. We have not had 1 bad meal from them!!!!! My favorite is the chicken and mushroom and chicken in a stick is to die for- but we have ordered many things and all so delicious.”

“After many friends telling how good AMA is I decided to grab a pie and meatball parm sub to give them a go. My words will not give their food justice but it is delicious. Napoletan done the right way. Not to mention the owner is beyond good people. Greeted me outside while I was waiting for them to open and then offered me an espresso while my food was being prepared. “We had 3 sets of 3 scoops. 3 different people with 3 very different tastes in ice cream. 9 different flavors. They were all wonderful and exciting. This is not your ordinary ice cream shop but please do not let that deter you from trying them out. Just expect to be a bit adventurous and go for it. They are a small batch artisan style shop with many unique flavors to try. We also grabbed 4 pints of other flavors to take home and try. The owner was awesome, explained all of the flavors and offered samples. The inside was very cute with a good amount of seating for an ice cream shop. Please go and try them out because this is the type of place that would be truly missed by anyone that has visited.”

“My husband and I chose Blawenburg Bistro as our caterer for our wedding in July 2026, and we couldn’t have made a better choice!

We worked with Jenn throughout the entire process, and she was nothing short of amazing. She made everything feel so smooth and stress-free, and her attention to detail was incredible. She was also incredibly accommodating to our guests with food allergies, making sure everyone had delicious options and felt included and cared for.

And the food… INCREDIBLE! Every dish was fresh, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. Our guests truly felt spoiled, and we received so many compliments about the food. Everyone left happy, satisfied, and with very full stomachs!

We are so grateful to Jenn and the entire Blawenburg Bistro team for helping make our wedding day so special. I highly recommend Blawenburg Bistro for any catering needs!
