“Title: A Hidden Gem in Ringoes, NJ!I recently visited Moms in Ringoes, NJ, and my experience was nothing short of exceptional. The blueberry pancakes were an absolute delight, bursting with plump, juicy fresh blueberries that added the perfect touch of sweetness. The BLT was a masterpiece crafted with love, featuring delicious bacon and just the right amount of flavorful turkey. What truly sets Moms apart is the charming small-town charm and the warm, inviting atmosphere. It's the perfect spot for those seeking a cozy and delightful dining experience. From the moment you step in, you'll feel the welcoming ambiance that adds an extra layer of enjoyment to your meal.If you're in the mood for a culinary treat in a picturesque setting, Moms in Ringoes is the place to be. A five-star gem that exceeded my expectations in every way!”
“Probably the best pork roll sandwich I've had. Tuna sandwich is so good. Honestly the pizza is pretty good too. I think people turn away because of the outdated building. Convenience side is too pricey.”
“I love Zoubi's! The proprietor is so great, full of amazing stories, and I always enjoy every minute every time I'm there, which I wish was more often. The food is outstanding, and it's a truly special meal every time!”
“Bistro 55 was highly recommended by friends in the area and it was as good as they said if not better! Courteous staff, beautiful presentation of delicious food, and excellent desserts.”
“What a surprise! I stumbled upon this in Lambertville. The staff was so kind, the atmosphere was beautiful and cozy and the food was delicious! I cannot wait to go back again.”
“This is a cozy intimate venue for couples and adult gatherings. There are a lot of menu delicacies and several wine flights as well as whiskeys to choose from. The food and desserts are all delicious! The staff is friendly and helpful. Nektar is one of the gems of New Hope.”
“Such a Gem of a place. Loved the laid back atmosphere and how you could order at the kiosk as soon as you got there. Comfortable seating and jazz vibes a plenty. I had a Shrimp burger and hubby had the Salmon BLT. 10/10 and I've been told I have a picky palate. The food is fresh, flavors balanced and the proteins are properly cooked ?Hubby and I split a hot dog that had some pickled cabbage stuff on it. Friggn crazy good. Ended up talking to the Chef/Owner Mark and we got a small Ted Talk about food quality and staying true to the original form of the food. You can tell he loves what he does and is passionate about food. Added bonus, hubby and I were talking about how we didn't feel bloated after eating there despite eating "comfort food" , speaks to the quality of where they source their food. Anyhoo, this review is long enough. But I guess I'm passionate about food 2! Give them a try ?”
“Great variety of delicious rolls and apps. Everything we ordered was fresh and flavorful! The Nachos(shrimp) and rice tots were unique and I highly recommend. The Kiss of Death roll was VERY good, although I had the Serranos on the side so I could moderate the spice.”
“Matt’s Red Rooster is an absolute gem! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warmth and professionalism from the incredible servers. Dan, in particular, always exceeds expectations with his impeccable service. The farm-to-table concept truly shines here, with each dish bursting with freshness and flavor. Whether it’s seafood or steak, every bite is cooked to perfection. And their bread pudding is always so unique but delicious. We also love their unique grilled romaine salad. I appreciate how they adapt their menus with the seasons, ensuring a fresh culinary experience every visit. Matt’s Red Rooster has quickly become our go-to spot, and we’ve never been disappointed. Highly recommend!”
“The food is wonderful! I had the best Chilean Sea bass, my husband loved the scallops, our friends loved their food too. From the appetizers to dessert the meal was absolutely delicious. The staff is very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. If it is crowded it does get noisy.”
“Dennis and Estella are the nicest people, the atmosphere is cozy yet classy, and the food is Michelin level. Get the mushroom soup if they have it, the tortellini, and any fish entrees. They also make their own orange flour for their mandarin tart which is incredible. Lo recomiendo.”
“As an expat Manhattanite who has been lucky enough to visit some of NYC's finest restaurants, I always tread carefully into what my friends have called a "great" suburban restaurant, as I have been disappointed too many times. Blue Bottle Cafe had the typical Hopewell-Princeton feel, an old home converted into a restaurant with several rooms, adored with a few interesting oil paintings. The first disappointment was a wait staff with no personality, no panache and no class. The hostess/wait person sat us, after some confusion as to where to put us, and then pulled out a pen and asked if we were ready to order or wanted more time, much the way a short order cook would. When we asked for tap water without ice (when will suburban restaurants start doing the smart thing, and simply put down a large carafe of water (NO ICE) on the table, so we don't have to keep asking for refills nor do we have to deal with freezing, too-cold-to sip water?) we were simply ignored. At this point, I was thinking, this is not going to be anything special. But then...the food arrived. My friend and I shared a stupendous Brussels sprouts starter, cold, crunchy and touched off by some white, cream-like sauce that was a slice of heaven. The bread, which I am told comes from a local bread company (also, the bread at a restaurant speaks volumes of both care and quality of owner/chef) was rustic, flavorful and served with already softened butter (a nice touch). My main, crispy scallops, were silky tender and mouth-wateringly tasty. And the chocolate profiteroles for dessert managed to taste decadent and light at the same time. To the owners, I say this: please take the ice out of your water, and find a way to re-train your staff. They do not measure up to the elegance and quality of your food.”
“Blawenburg Bistro is my favorite brunch spot! The food is fantastic and has such amazing flavors, and the staff is always so welcoming. I also always have to leave room for dessert even if I’m full from my meal because their desserts are something I never want to miss out on.”
“Off the beaten path which is a good thing. Nice indoor, outdoor and bar seating options. Great menu selections to choose from in an upscale but not stuffy atmosphere. Molto Buono!”
“Absolutely delicious our food was this was our second time there ann both times pleased with tge food. Our server Mitch was the best so polite kept checking to see if we were ok or needed anything. I asked him for one of their better Red wins he asked if I liked sweet or dryI said dry an he came back with such a really good wine for me he knew the brands well. I later asked for a Diet Coke an he explained they have organic cola a that was soo good too !Couldn’t ask for better service .The only complaint I have was the choice of music Such a classy place but the music was loud an had no class to what was playing sound like rap nonsense it’s such a classy atmosphere the music should be just as classy ?But food absolutely amazing ??”
“Absolutely delicious food!!! My favorite was the fish taco and the beef empanada. The flan was creamy and with the perfect baked caramel flavor. Horchata was super delicious and quite the surprise. The service was formidable, with attention to detail and very interested in our satisfaction. Our new Mexican restaurant for sure!!”
“Tiny place most likely you won't find a seat...it's THAT small and really hard to spot because the sign is small and you think it is part of the BBQ joint next door.Food is fantastic! Just trust me, you'll appreciate it.”
“We had an amazing meal at AMA tonight. Sat at the bar and was able to chat with the owner. He told us about growing up in Italy and how he worked to renovate the restaurant himself.Everything we had was delicious. Arancini, Parma pizza, Cacio e Pepe, and homemade lemon gelato. The outside seating is gorgeous in the warm weather. Highly recommended!”
“The boathouse is an excellent place to get drinks before a dinner. There are no food options here. When you go, it gives you “Ivy League” Clubhouse vibes. Not too noisy either so perfect place to carry on a good conversation.”
“3/18/24 - My wife and I had lunch at Agave today. We've driven by often but this was our first visit. We parked out front but there appears to be parking around back too. My wife ordered the chicken tostada and I ordered the Impossible Burger. Both were fantastic. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. We will be back.”
“Fantastic! Stopped in for a quick meal with my family, my wife and children could not stop saying how their meals were the best version of those staples that they’ve ever had. My lamb shawarma wrap was amazing! Recommend for sure!”
“A nice small sized café with really good coffee and tea. All brewed on the spot. Coffee beans are fresh, atmosphere is cozy. They have a small merchandise aisle and a nice size bathroom. There is also good Wi-Fi as well as a large table with chairs that you can sort of communal work together with strangers.Large windows with a small Christmas tree that shows people walking by. Right across the street there is a very old bookstore with lots of additions and hard to get vintage books.”
“I love Chive! My husband and I order from their dinner menu often, but this was my first time dining in for breakfast. The food and service was wonderful. This is definitely our new breakfast spot! Also, they have off-street parking, which is great for Lambertville on a Sunday morning with nice weather.Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible.”
“Fantastic food and friendliest service I've encountered in the area. Great for breakfast sandwiches and he also has gourmet sandwiches. I'll keep coming back whenever I'm in the area!”
“Amazing food...amazing staff. The expansion is amazing. There is mthe re room. More tables both inside and out. The food is as great as ever. Try the crab cakes....try the adult grilled cheese...save room for their scratch baked ”
“Did an absolute amazing job and was super easy to work with Being deployed, I was able to easily coordinate with what kind of design and cake I wanted for my Daughters 4th birthday. Sweta made the communication process super easy and got back right away with each message. Not only did the cake come out awesome, but I was told it was delicious as well. My little princess day was made with the cake, and she thinks Daddy did it all. Thank you so much! Please support this small business, you will not be disappointed!”
“A great little bakery ran by very nice women. When I walked into the bakery the smell is the first thing you noticed all the great aromas of different baked goods I bought a few cream puffs, a raspberry oat bar, 2 cinnamon rolls and a French type of dessert with coffee creme it was all so good probably the best cinnamon roll I have ever had. A must stop on a Sunday morning if you're near New Hope PA”
“Best pizzeria in Flemington, blows Virami's out of the water. Crust was thin and had a nice crunch to it, sauce was perfectly distributed throughout the pizza (not heavy, not light) and the cheese was layered generously over the pie. Would 100% recommend.Kid-friendliness: Very laid back old fashioned atmosphere. Plenty of chairs with tables and booths with tables.”
“We were seated immediately while a world class piano player played lovely classical melodies. The restaurant was nearly full but didn't feel crowded. The bar was popular and was full. The energy level felt when walking in was positive but not overwhelming or rowdy. Suggest eating in the more formal dinning rooms if you don't want to be near the piano. We had a great meal/service with old friends. A+ for the dining and restaurant experience. Food was fresh and came out in a reasonable time. The server(s) were on point, warm, engaging, and sincere. They hustled but not in a way that was harried or pressed. The bussers kept our water glasses full and were lovely. If you are conscious of history and period architecture, the structure is impressive: built in 1811, the walls are thick stone, the large wood beams in the more formal dining rooms are impressive; the fire place made the dining room especially comfortable and accented the historic, warm tones in the room. We had the special soup (Tomato Bisque); vegetable spring rolls; and duck ravioli. Main courses: Fettuccini, Grilled Beef Tenderloin Medallions; and a Cheeseburger. For dessert, a delicious Warm Peanut Butter Brownie with vanilla ice cream.”
