I have given Michael’s so many chances but I am finally at my end with them. There is always some kind of problem and they don’t treat customers with proper respect. The staff is rude and makes mistakes on top of that. If you smile at them and say hello and thank you, expect a blank stare back. Never have I had so many strange, mildly infuriating moments at an eating establishment. It’s a shame because the food is good but the staff just downright does a bad job. They could be great if they had a focused and personable staff, but instead going to Michael’s often has me leaving wondering why I ever come back.

Is Michael's Deli under relatively new ownership? I have seen a new man and woman at the register for a few months now. They automatically put a credit card markup on your bill--you must tell them you are using cash, and then they will deduct that charge. This is shady and sad. The prices seemed to have gone up as well, especially for freshly made subs. I just cannot shop there anymore...

great store!will note that they have a 3% credit card fee, and they don't tell you about it until you get your receipt.

Just went in for an 8lb bag of charcoal and they charged $19. It sells for $9-$11 anywhere else. So they doubled the price. Shop elsewhere.

They have already made breakfast sandwiches to get you in and out quickly, good coffee, If you need something they probably have it, Great way to start off any work day

Great food

They are one of the cleans place i have ever been too and the service is great.

They couldn't care less about anything.

I mostly go for a pork roll, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich or a small lunch sandwich. I'm not a huge fan of the coffee but that's just me. Good selection of cold beverages, snacks, chips and basic groceries.
