Quite simply The Blue Bottle has the best cuisine of any restaurant in the area that I live. And there are quite a few good ones. The only problem I have with them most often is getting a reservation on the weekend. I also have a problem managing culinary heat [a physical rather than a gastronomic one] and I wish I could tolerate more of it in some of their creations. I really recommend the place.

My wife and I brought our mother-in-law to the Blue Bottle for dinner this past weekend. The fish was excellent however the duck was extremely tough. When ordering, we did ask our waitress if the duck was indeed tender and she confirmed it was excellent. We brought it to her attention and hope that it was brought to the attention of the chef. A disappointment as we had high expectations from our fellow residence in town.

Our party of 5 had a bonus of a 6 month old baby; the staff (especially one of the owners) could not have been more accommodating -- not fussing, just nice. We were all most appreciative.

Wonderful service. Excellent food. Enjoyed sitting in the blue bottle room. Both my beautiful date and I thoroughly enjoyed a very nice romantic dinner. We will definitely be back.

A bit of a minimalist menu with only 5 - 6 appetizer and entree options to choose from, but each having a unique twist and all being flavorful options. We live 40min away and dined at peak hours on Friday night, so understandably food took longer and restaurant was louder but overall a wonderful dining experience.

Our 4 meals were delicious! Blue Bottle salads, Cod, chicken; They were all creatively cooked in a healthy way. The serving staff were friendly and attentive. Definitely give this BYOB gem A try!

The Blue Bottle in Hopewell is an outstanding restaurant. Its record of consistently excellent cuisine and gracious service now extends over many years. The owners are to be congratulated for their dedication to maintaining the highest standards--top quality ingredients expertly made into superb meals. I often have found it difficult to get a reservation at the Blue Bottle, but that's obviously because word has gotten out. I advise people to book well in advance.

The food and service were excellent. The food is unbeatable. There are so many beautiful gluten free options. It was excellent. I would love to recommend a particular dish but then it might keep the patron from ordering another equally excellent dish! Go!
The service was great and very friendly. The food was excellent, with the gnocchi appetizer and steak entrée standing out as must-tries. The scallops and chicken dishes were also delicious. This spot is perfect for a date night or a dinner with friends. Highly recommend!
Excellent food and service! The day boat scallops were awesome, the sauce divine! The asparagus appetizer was excellent. Thank you! This was our 3rd time here and we'll be back again!

Feeling sorry we haven't been back in so long. Our loss. What an excellent meal. Shaved Fennel salad, gnocchi, barramundi, duck breast, all of superior freshness and taste. As they were BYOB we were able to accompany this excellent meal with two great wines from our cellar. Set a reminder to come back soon.
