I was actually on line when this happened and the woman did not let the manager get a word in.. she was pretty rude and the manger seemed to stay calm..all I heard was the manager say this is all I can see on the ticket then I heard her say something like you can't get my order right and you can't do math either.. he gave her the $ back and she left yelling at everyone on line about how bad the place is.. I'm from NY at my relatives house and we always get bagels...
